Terms and conditions of use of the Website
By accessing the website www.generaliexpatriates.es (hereinafter the “Website”), which is owned by Generali Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.U. (hereinafter "Generali"), and/or any other pages that may be accessed thereby, you have the condition of user and agree to abide by and comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Legal Disclaimer (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”). If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, we request that you refrain from accessing the Website.
These Terms and Conditions, along with the content, design and layout of the Website, may be subject to revision and/or modification at any time. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are revised or modified, the new version shall be published immediately and shall be accessible via the Website, and shall enter into force from the moment of its publication. To ensure they have a correct understanding of the Terms and Conditions in force at any given time, users should review them periodically.
Use of the Website, including access and browsing by users, is free. It also implies an agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable Spanish legislation and good practices and customs on the internet.

Use of email as the primary means of sending pre-contractual and contractual information and inclusion of contractual documentation in the customer portal
With a focus on sustainability and as agreed during the online pricing process, if applicable, the means of communication chosen to send you pre-contractual and contractual information and documents will be either via email or by including it in the Customer Portal. If you would prefer us to send you this information by post, please let us know via csmproduccion@generalion.es.
Use of email
Users may use email to contact Generali for the purposes indicated in these Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy.
Although it is Generali’s wish to respond promptly to all the emails it receives, Generali does not guarantee that it shall respond, as this shall depend on the volume of correspondence received and the complexity of the queries made. Nor does Generali guarantee the correct sending or receipt of emails, as this is beyond its control.
All information received via email from users of the Website shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction and applicable legislation
Any dispute or conflict which may arise as a result of the use of this Website shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain and shall be subject to either the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals in the user’s place of residence (when the user resides in Spain) or that of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (when the user resides outside Spain). Recourse to any other authority or jurisdiction which may be permitted in law is expressly renounced.
